I'm Becky
About
Becky Morriss is a Creative Director with over 14 years’ experience.
She’s passionate about creativity and excited by ideas that can have an impact for good. Over the last decade and a bit, she’s worked across a plethora of clients including Coles, Kmart, Porsche, Dulux Group, Telstra, Westpac and Mars.

Her thinking has won plenty of local and international awards, made headlines around the world, and has been feature in the National Gallery of Victoria.
At DDB she's launched Hungry Women — an initiative designed to support and uplift female-identifying staff members across all agency disciplines. More than a program, it’s a movement - challenging the status quo, amplifying women's voices, and fostering ambition.
Through monthly lunches, she creates space for meaningful conversations, helping DDBer's to stay “hungry”. Additionally, the Hungry Women 'Inspire Series' brings in visionary speakers to ignite creativity across the ANZ DDB offices.

Outside of work Becky is a proud member of the Aunties, a MADC initiative with a mission to inspire and champion women across the creative industry. She’s also taught Award School a handful of times, helping young advertising wannabes to master the process of ideation.
Becky is also a proud Chow Chow mumma, but not so proud of the hair he leaves around the house.
